1. Terms

By accessing or using LinkDigits at https://linkdigits.com or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service. The materials, content, and functionality contained in this Service are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the LinkDigits service for personal and commercial use, subject to the following conditions:

• You may create, manage, and share digits according to our service guidelines
• You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software contained on or used by the Service
• You may not use the service for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account, digits, or any rights thereof to any third party without prior written permission from LinkDigits
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and pins
• You may not use any automated systems, bots, scrapers, or other means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission
• You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measures

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by LinkDigits at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Digit Content

Users are solely responsible for all content shared, hosted, or transmitted through their digits. By creating and publishing digits, you represent and warrant that you either own or have the necessary rights to use all content contained therein. LinkDigits reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review all content and to remove, disable, or restrict access to any digit that:

• Contains illegal, harmful, offensive, or prohibited content
• Violates or infringes upon intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any party
• Contains malware, viruses, spyware, malicious code, or deceptive links
• Engages in spam, phishing, mass messaging, or other abusive behavior
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
• Violates these Terms or any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

LinkDigits reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these content policies, without prior notice or liability.

4. Premium Features

Premium digit features are subject to additional terms and conditions:

• One-Time Payment Model: Premium features are currently available through a one-time payment model, not a subscription. This payment grants you access to premium features for the specified duration at time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the event that LinkDigits ceases operations or discontinues the Service
• Premium status may be revoked for terms violation without refund or compensation
• Features and pricing may be modified with reasonable notice
• Premium features may include usage limitations, and exceeding these limitations may result in additional charges
• We reserve the right to change our payment model in the future (e.g., to a subscription model) with adequate notice to users

By purchasing premium features, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is final and non-refundable, even if LinkDigits discontinues operations or services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information.

5. Disclaimer

The materials, services, and functionality on LinkDigits are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. LinkDigits makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

LinkDigits does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall LinkDigits, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• System failures or downtime

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. LinkDigits collects, uses, and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkDigits, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

9. Modifications

LinkDigits reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion through the Service interface.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
